登録(Registration)

• BRS規格 Ver.003に準拠したBMSとします。
• 日本語とその他言語との間にルールの差異があった場合、日本語ルールを適用します。
• 1人1曲での参加が可能です。
• オリジナル、アレンジ、リミックスについては制限無しですが、必ず出展元は明記して下さい。また、アレンジとリミックスに関しては運営は許可取りを行わないため、各自での許可取りをお願いいたします。また、これらのやり取りで問題が発生しても運営は一切の責任を負いません。
• 本名義での参加をお願いいたします。別名義や新たに活動予定の名義での参加を希望する場合、readmeや会場コメントなどに本名義や元名義の記載をお願いいたします。
• BMSを登録する前に、プレイ動画等の「登録楽曲の譜面内容を何らかの形で公開する行為」は禁止といたします。
• 本イベントでは、BMS制作(音切り・キー音編集など)を楽曲制作者が行っていない作品の登録は禁止といたします。
• 当イベントではBMSとBMSONを同等のものとして扱います。

参加条件(Participation Conditions)

• 本イベントは「完全参加表明制」となっております。参加を希望する場合、参加表明期間中の参加表明が必要です。

失格について

以下に該当する場合は、作品を失格とする可能性があります。

• BRS規格 Ver.003に準拠していないBMSを登録した場合
• 過去の名義を隠して参加する、過去の成績を偽るなど、各参加条件に違反して参加した場合
• その他運営が不適切と認めた場合

参加条件

無名戦の参加は、以下のいずれにも該当しない方に限定いたします。

• 無名戦・Mumei AcademyクラスB・クラスCの内いずれかの参加経験があり、それを含めて過去の参加BMSイベント数が4つ以上の方
• 無名戦・Mumei AcademyクラスB・クラスCの内いずれも参加経験がなく、過去の参加BMSイベント数が5つ以上の方
• Mumei AcademyクラスAで、Total上位Top3に入った経験のある方
• Mumei AcademyクラスBで、Total上位Top10に入った経験のある方
• 無名戦で、Total上位25%に入った経験のある方
• THE BMS OF FIGHTERS系列イベント(BOF/G2R)でTotal上位30%以上(エース補正・ファイナルストライカー補正無し)に入ったことがある方
• 登録作品50以上のBMSイベント(無名戦/MUMEI ACADEMYクラスA,Bを除く)でTotal上位30%以上に入ったことがある方
• その他、A-1の参加不可条件に該当する方。

BOFOONについては、順位は制限の対象とはいたしませんが、参加イベント数にはカウントいたします。
同イベント内で競走型部門（評価あり）と非競争型部門（評価無し）が混在する場合、非競争型部門の作品を抜いた数を総数としてカウントしてください。

評価(I knowについて)

本イベントは、”I know”システムを導入いたします。
“I know”とは、「本イベント開催以前からBMS作家として知っている」という方の作品に付けるサインです。”I know”は点数に影響いたしません。

参加条件

A-1の参加は、以下のいずれにも該当しない方に限定いたします。

• 無名戦・Mumei AcademyクラスA・クラスB・登録作品50未満のイベントの4つを除くいずれかのイベントで、Total上位1割に入った経験のある方
• 無名戦・Mumei AcademyクラスBで、Total優勝経験のある方
• A-1、Mumei AcademyクラスCにてNot Air率による出禁を言い渡された経験のある方
• 登録作品10以上50未満のBMSイベント(無名戦/MUMEI ACADEMYクラスA,Bを除く)で、Total上位Top3に入った経験のある方

BOFOONについては順位制限の対象とはいたしません。
同イベント内で競走型部門（評価あり）と非競争型部門（評価無し）が混在する場合、非競争型部門の作品を抜いた数を総数としてカウントしてください。
また、腕に自信のある方は、本イベントをBMSイベント初参加にしてみてもよいと思います。

評価

本イベントは、”Not Air”システムを導入いたします。
インプレッション時に、「この作品は目立っている」「この作品は空気(地味)ではない」など、個人の主観に基づいてチェックをすることができます。”Not Air”は、集計時に点数に変換され、総得点に加点されます。
また、本イベントでNot Air率が75%以上になった方は、A-1出禁とし、次回以降のA-1への参加をお断りいたします。該当者がいない場合、最もNot Air率を獲得した方をA-1出禁とします。

About Mumei Battle

"Mumei" translates to "nameless" in English; however, in this context, it conveys the sense of "obscurity." The Mumei Battle is an event where creators who are still new to the BMS community strive to overcome their obscurity and gain recognition. Due to strict participation requirements, the number of entries is limited, allowing many players to play and evaluate all the submissions, unlike larger events such as BOF. With one of the most supportive atmospheres, this event is ideal for those creating their first BMS or those not yet accustomed to BMS production.

About A-1

The "A" in A-1 stands for "Air." In Japanese slang, the term "Air" implies something unnoticeable or not standing out, akin to being invisible and abundant like the air around us. A-1 caters to BMS creators who, despite their tenure in the community, feel they continuously go unnoticed. While restrictions are less strict, they still deter famous artists from participating, offering a greater chance to gain attention. This event is ideal for BMS creators whose community presence has remained stagnant and are seeking a spark in their careers.

Registration Rules

• BMS must comply with BRS Specification Ver.003.
• If there are any differences in rules between Japanese and other languages, the Japanese rules will be applied with priority.
• Participation is limited to one entry per person.
• You are allowed to participate with original compositions as well as arranged music.
  If you choose to submit an arrangement, please make sure to clearly indicate the original song in the registration information.
  If participating with an arrangement, the participant is responsible for obtaining permission from the respective copyright holders. The organizers will not take any responsibility for any issues that may arise from these interactions.
• Please participate using your main alias. If you wish to participate under a different alias or a name you plan to use for future activities, please include the information about your main alias or previous alias in the readme or venue comments.
• The act of publicly disclosing the charts of registered songs in any form, such as play videos, is prohibited before the registration is complete.
• In this event, the registration of works where the song creator did not perform BMS production (such as sound slicing or editing key sounds) is prohibited.
• In this event, BMS and BMSON will be treated as equivalent concepts under the rules.

Impression Rules

• Impressions must comply with BRS Specification Ver.003.
• Each person can assign a score of 1-10 points for each entry.
• While anonymous evaluations or evaluations without comments are not prohibited, it is recommended to provide impressions with comments, either in the form of long or short text whenever possible. (Doing so will contribute to the growth of the creators.)
• If you make mistakes such as mislabeling "I know" or "Not Air" as mentioned later, or accidentally submit multiple impressions to a single entry, please report it to the organizers promptly to have it fixed.

Participation Conditions

• For this event, declaration of participation is mandatory. If you wish to participate, it is necessary to declare your participation during the designated participant registration period within the event venue.

About Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if they fall under the following conditions:

• Registering a BMS that does not comply with the BRS Specification Ver.003.
• Violating the entry conditions, such as concealing past aliases or hiding past achievements.
• Other instances deemed inappropriate by the organizers.

Entry Conditions

Participation in Mumei Battle is limited to BMS Creators who do not fall into any of the following categories:

• Those who have participated in past Mumei Battles, Mumei Academy Class B, Mumei Academy Class C, with a history of four or more past BMS event participations, including the events mentioned above.
• Those who have not participated in past Mumei Battles, Mumei Academy Class B or C, but have participated in five or more past BMS events.
• Those who have experience in Mumei Academy Class A, and entered the top 3 in total scores.
• Those who have experience in Mumei Academy Class B, and entered the top 10 in total scores.
• Those who have experience in past Mumei Battles, and have entered the top 25% in total score rankings.
• Those who have entered the top 30% or higher in total score rankings in THE BMS OF FIGHTERS series events (BOF/G2R) without Ace bonus or Final Striker bonus adjustments.
• Those who have entered the top 30% or higher in total score rankings in BMS events with 50 or more registered works.
• Artists who meet the conditions that make participation in A-1 not possible.

Regarding BOFOON, rankings are not subject to restrictions, but will be counted in the number of events participated.
For events where competitive and non-competitive entries coexist such as PABAT! 2023, please exclude the non-competitive entries from the total number of entries.

Evaluation (Regarding "I know!"):

This event will utilize the "I know!" system.
If an evaluator knew the BMS creator “as a BMS creator” ahead of the event , they can give them a “I know!” sign.
It will not influence the scoring, but can act as an indicator for how well the artist is known.

Entry Conditions

Participation in A-1 is limited to BMS Creators who do not fall into any of the following categories:

• Those who have ranked in the top 10% in any events that do not fall in the following categories: past Mumei Battles, Mumei Academy Class A, Class B, or events with less than 50 registered entries.
• Those who have won in total score ranking in past Mumei Battles or Mumei Academy Class B.
• Those who have graduated from attending A-1 or Mumei Academy Class C due to Not Air ratio.
• Those who have ranked in the top 3 of the Total ranking in BMS events with 10 to 49 works registered (excluding the Mumei Battles and MUMEI ACADEMY Class A and B).

Regarding BOFOON, total score rankings are not subject to restrictions.
For events where competitive and non-competitive entries coexist such as PABAT! 2023, please exclude the non-competitive entries from the total number of entries.
If you are confident in your skills, you may consider participating in this event as your first BMS event instead of participating in Mumei Battle.

Evaluation (Regarding “Not Air!”):

This event will utilize the "Not Air!" system.
During impressions, evaluators can check the “Not Air” checkbox if they feel that the work stands out or the work is not bland based on personal subjectivity.
The "Not Air" evaluations will be converted into points during aggregation and added to the total score.
If a BMS creator’s “Not Air!” ratio exceeds 75% in this event, the creator will graduate from A-1, and their participation in future A-1 events will be declined.
If there are no artists who exceeded 75% in “Not Air!” ratio, the participant with the highest “Not Air!” ratio will graduate from A-1.

등록 (Registration)

• BRS 규격 Ver.003을 준수한 BMS를 등록합니다. (역주訳注: 링크 본문은 일본어로 되어 있으나, 오른쪽 위의 “EN”을 클릭하여 영문으로 볼 수 있습니다)
• 일본어와 다른 언어 규칙 간에 차이가 있는 경우 일본어 규칙을 우선하여 적용합니다.
• 1인당 1곡으로 참가 가능합니다.
• 오리지널, 어레인지, 리믹스와 관련된 제한은 없으나, 반드시 출처 또는 원본을 명기해주세요. 운영 측은 어레인지와 리믹스에 대한 허가 문의를 하지 않으므로, 등록자 본인이 허가를 받아주세요. 또한, 연락 과정에서 문제가 발생해도 운영 측은 일절 책임지지 않습니다.
• 본 명의로 참가하시기를 부탁드립니다. 다른 명의나 새로 활동할 예정인 명의로 참가하기를 희망하시는 경우, readme나 회장의 코멘트 란 등에 본 명의 또는 기존 명의를 기재해주세요.
• 등록 전까지, 플레이 영상 등 “등록된 곡의 패턴 내용을 어떠한 형태로든 공개하는 행위"는 금지합니다.
• 본 이벤트는 BMS 제작 (키음 커팅 및 편집 등)을 악곡 제작자가 하지 않은 작품의 등록을 금지합니다.
• 본 이벤트에서는 BMS와 BMSON을 동등한 것으로 간주합니다.

평가 (Impression)

• BRS 규격 Ver.003에 근거하여 임프레션을 작성합니다.
• 한 작품에 대하여 1~10pts의 점수를 입력할 수 있습니다.
• 노 코멘트 및 익명 임프레션을 금지하지는 않습니다만, 가능한 한 장문 또는 단문으로 감상을 병기하시는 것을 추천합니다 (조언과 감상을 적극적으로 남겨서, 작가의 성장으로 이어질 수 있도록 합시다).
• 후술할 “I know”나 “Not Air” 표시를 실수하거나, 다중 등록 등의 실수를 하신 경우, 조속히 운영 측에 보고해주세요.

참가 조건 (Participation Conditions)

• 본 이벤트는 “완전 참가 표명제"입니다. 참가를 희망하시는 경우, 참가 표명 기간 중에 표명을 하셔야 합니다.

실격에 대해

아래 항목에 해당하는 작품은 실격 처리될 수 있습니다.

• BRS 규격 Ver.003을 준수하지 않은 BMS를 등록한 경우
• 과거의 명의를 숨기거나 과거의 성적을 속이는 등, 조건을 위반하여 참가한 경우
• 그 외 운영 측이 부적절하다고 판단한 경우

참가 조건

아래 항목에 하나라도 해당되는 분은 무명전에 참가하실 수 없습니다.

• 무명전 또는 Mumei Academy 클래스 B/C 중 하나라도 참가한 경험이 있고, 이를 포함하여 4개 이상의 BMS 이벤트에 참가한 적이 있는 분
• 무명전 또는 Mumei Academy 클래스 B/C 에 참가한 경험이 없으나, 5개 이상의 BMS 이벤트에 참가한 적이 있는 분
• Mumei Academy 클래스 A에서 Total 부문 상위 Top 3를 기록한 경험이 있는 분
• Mumei Academy 클래스 B에서 Total 부문 상위 Top 10을 기록한 경험이 있는 분
• 무명전에서 Total 부문 상위 25%를 기록한 경험이 있는 분
• THE BMS OF FIGHTERS 시리즈의 이벤트 (BOF/G2R)에서 Total 부문 상위 30% 이상 (에이스 보정 / 파이널 스트라이커 보정 없이)을 기록한 경험이 있는 분
• 등록 작품이 50개 이상인 BMS 이벤트에서 Total 부문 상위 30% 이상을 기록한 경험이 있는 분
• 그 외, A-1의 참가 불가 조건에 해당하는 분

BOFOON은 순위 제한의 대상에는 들어가지 않으나, 참가 이벤트 수에는 포함됩니다.
같은 이벤트 안에 경쟁 부문 (평가 있음)과 비경쟁 부문 (평가 없음)이 혼재하는 경우, 비경쟁 부문의 작품을 제외한 수를 총 작품 수로 간주합니다.

평가 (I know에 관하여)

본 이벤트는 ”I know” 시스템을 도입합니다.
“I know”란, “본 이벤트 개최 이전부터 BMS 작가로서 알고 있는" 분의 작품에 붙이는 사인입니다. ”I know”는 점수에 영향을 주지 않습니다.

참가 조건

아래 항목에 하나라도 해당되는 분은 A-1에 참가하실 수 없습니다.

• 무명전, Mumei Academy 클래스 A/B 및 등록 작품 50개 미만인 이벤트를 제외한 어느 이벤트에서 한 번이라도 Total 부문 상위 10%를 기록한 경험이 있는 분
• 무명전 / Mumei Academy 클래스 B에서 Total 부문 우승 경험이 있는 분
• A-1 또는 Mumei Academy 클래스 C에서 Not Air 비율에 의해 출전을 금지당한 경험이 있는 분
• 등록 작품 10개 이상 50개 미만인 BMS 이벤트 (무명전 및 Mumei Academy 클래스 A/B 제외)에서 Total 부문 상위 Top 3에 든 경험이 있는 분

BOFOON은 순위 제한의 대상에 포함되지 않습니다.
같은 이벤트 안에 경쟁 부문 (평가 있음)과 비경쟁 부문 (평가 없음)이 혼재하는 경우, 비경쟁 부문의 작품을 제외한 수를 총 작품 수로 간주합니다.
또한, 실력에 자신이 있는 분들은 본 이벤트를 처음 참가하는 BMS 이벤트로 하셔도 좋을 것 같습니다.

평가

본 이벤트는 “Not Air” 시스템을 도입합니다.
임프레션 작성 시, “이 작품은 돋보인다” 또는 “이 작품은 꽤나 존재감이 있다“ 등, 개개인의 주관을 바탕으로 “Not Air” 항목에 체크할 수 있습니다. “Not Air”는 집계 시 점수로 변환되어 총 득점에 가산됩니다.
또한, 본 이벤트에서 “Not Air” 비율 75% 이상을 기록한 경우 다음 A-1부터는 참가가 금지됩니다. 해당자가 없는 경우, 가장 높은 “Not Air” 비율을 기록한 분이 A-1 출전 금지가 됩니다.

注册

• BMS需符合BRS Ver.003所述标准。
• 如果日文版规则与其它语言版本的规则有出入，以日文版规则为准。
• 每人仅可注册1首乐曲。
• 原创、改编、remix不限，但请务必注明出处。此外，主办方不会为改编和remix申请许可，请各位参加者自行获取许可。主办方不为因许可问题产生的任何纠纷负责。
• 请以本名义参加。如果希望使用其它名义，请在readme文件或会场内作品简介中注明本名义。
• 在注册BMS作品之前，禁止以游玩视频等任何形式公开注册作品的谱面内容。
• 本活动仅允许注册由音乐作者本人完成BMS制作（包括切音和key音配置）的作品。
• 本活动对BMS和BMSON一视同仁。

评价

• 评价内容需符合BRS Ver.003所述标准。
• 玩家可以为每个作品给出1～10分的分数。
• 不禁止无评论投票和匿名评价，但建议尽可能以长文或短文的形式附上感想进行评价。（积极地提供建议和感想，可以促进作者的成长）
• 如果发生了误用后述的“I know”或“Not Air”标记、重复提交评价等失误，请立即向主办方报告。

参加条件

• 本活动采用“完全参加声明制”。如果希望参加本活动，请务必在参加声明期内声明参加。

失格

如果发生以下情况，作品有可能被取消资格。

• 注册的BMS作品不符合BRS Ver.003所述标准的情况
• 参加者隐瞒过去的名义，伪造过去的成绩等违反各项参加条件的情况
• 其它被主办方认为不适当的情况

参加条件

以下任何一种情形都不符合的作者，才可以参加无名战。

• 参加过无名战、Mumei Academy Class B或Class C其中之一，与参加的其它BMS活动总数合计4次以上（含）
• 没有参加过无名战、Mumei Academy Class B或Class C，但参加的其它BMS活动总数合计5次以上（含）
• 曾在Mumei Academy Class A进入总分排名前3
• 曾在Mumei Academy Class B进入总分排名前10
• 曾在无名战进入总分排名前25%
• 曾在THE BMS OF FIGHTERS系列活动（BOF/G2R）中进入总分排名前30%（不考虑ACE和FINAL STRIKER的分数修正）
• 曾在有50个以上（含）注册作品的BMS活动中进入总分排名前30%
• 符合无法参加A-1的情形

对于参加BOFOON的经历，本活动不计其排名，但会将其计入参加的活动数量。
如果同一个活动中同时存在竞争性（含有评分）和非竞争性（不含评分）的作品，则非竞争性作品不计入该活动的作品数量。

评价

本活动将使用“I know”系统。
“I know”标记用于“玩家在本次活动之前就知道了的BMS作者”的作品。“I know”标记不会影响分数。

参加条件

以下任何一种情形都不符合的作者，才可以参加A-1。

• 曾在除无名战、Mumei Academy Class A和Class B以外的任何有50个以上（含）注册作品的BMS活动中，进入总分排名前10%
• 曾在无名战或Mumei Academy Class B中获得总分排名第1
• 曾在A-1或Mumei Academy Class C中，因获得高Not Air率被禁止参加
• 曾在有10个以上（含），50个以下注册作品的BMS活动（无名战、Mumei Academy Class A和Class B除外）中，进入总分排名前3

参加BOFOON的排名不计在内。
如果同一个活动中同时存在竞争性（含有评分）和非竞争性（不含评分）的作品，则非竞争性作品不计入该活动的作品数量。
此外，如果对自己的实力很有信心，可以选择这个活动作为自己参加的首个BMS活动。

评价

本活动将使用“Not Air”系统。
玩家在评价时，可以根据个人主观感受勾选“Not Air”标记，例如："这个作品很亮眼"、"这个作品才不小透明"等。 “Not Air”会在统计时转换为分数加到总分中。
此外，在本次活动中，“Not Air”率达到75％以上（含）的作者，将被禁止参加今后的A-1。如果没有符合条件的作者，则禁止“Not Air”率最高的作者参加今后的A-1。
